Q. What do I need to get a website online?
A. If this is your first website, please read Getting Started.

Q. How much will it cost?
A. It's hard to say without knowing what your needs are. Please read the Pricing Examples page.

Q. Can I maintain my website myself?
A. I always recommend paying extra to have your business website updated and maintained. Due to the complexity of some websites you may make mistakes that can effect your website's look or operation.

Q. Can you update my site?
A. Yes. My prices for updating and maintaining a website start at $5.00 per existing page for simple text updates. Weekly updates start at $40 for four weeks.

Q. I already have a website but I can't get the person that created it to update it for me? What can I do?
A. I would need access to your website's hosting control panel or have a dedicated FTP account to log in to it. Please contact me for more info.

Q. I want a certain domain name but it's already taken. Can you get it for me?
A. Chances are yes. I would need to contact the person that owns it and see if they are willing to sell it. When certain domain names are popular the cost can go up. Some domain names can cost lots of money. I would need the complete amount plus additional fees to cover the time taken to negotiate the sale.
